Day passes and a 10-day consecutive-day pass are sold, the latter valid at any Gold's Gym in Japan and good value if you train often (review, Apr 2026). A visitor quoted about US$30 for a single day in 2023, and a 'first visit free' promotion advertised online was not honoured, so confirm at the desk. Tattoos must be covered and indoor shoes are required. Reviewers rate the service highly but call some equipment dated.
