Notes

Day pass sold at roughly US$20 including indoor shoe hire (review, Jun 2026); a 10-day pass covering CONSECUTIVE days is also available and works at any Gold's Gym in Japan. IMPORTANT: tattoos must be covered — visitors wore sweats and long sleeves — and indoor shoes are required. Excellent bodybuilding kit including Nautilus and Prime, sauna and showers. Staff have English instructions to hand; some reviewers find them brusque.
