Staying in Makati or BGC? You are surrounded by gyms that sell a day: ₱129 at a budget chain, ₱350 at a well-kitted independent, and ₱1,000 if you want the big-name club.
Tourists can buy a gym day pass in Manila: as of October 2026, Daily Sweat lists 36 gyms in Makati and Bonifacio Global City (BGC) with one, and the 13 with a known price charge from ₱99 to ₱1,000, with ₱350 the typical price. 34 sell it at the front desk. The catch: Anytime Fitness has 18 of the 36 listings and none publishes a visitor price, so ask each club before you go.
Below: eight gyms worth the trip, then which ones are near your hotel, what passes cost, how buying works, and when a weekly pass beats paying by the day. For every listing, see all Manila gyms with a day pass or the map. Flying on to Thailand? See the Bangkok guide.
Eight Manila gyms worth the trip
Makati first, then BGC: from ₱129 at GoGym to ₱1,000 at Fitness First, with a strength gym open until midnight, a 24-hour club that includes classes, and the biggest chain. Each gym’s card shows the listing’s current price and when it was last checked.
1. GoGym Villena Poblacion — ₱129 at the budget chain
GoGym Villena Poblacion, at 6018 J.D. Villena Street, is listed at ₱129 for a day pass, single-day access to one club on GoGym’s own price list. Hours are 6am–10pm on weekdays and 8am–5pm at weekends (official site). In BGC, GoGym Plus NEO on 5th Avenue was ₱99 in 2025 and “less than 200php” in July 2026: air-conditioned, with fairly new kit and app-based QR entry, but cramped at peak hours. A May 2026 visitor paid ₱99 on a promotion at MyTown Los Angeles. See the GoGym chain page.
2. KSYN Fitness Makati — ₱350, open until midnight
KSYN Fitness Makati, in Lerato on Malugay Street, charged a June 2026 visitor ₱350 for a day pass; reviews in October 2025 and March 2026 quoted ₱500. 3. BeFit PNB Makati Center — ₱399 for 24 hours on Ayala Avenue
BeFit PNB Makati Center, on the mezzanine of PNB Makati Center at 6754 Ayala Avenue, sells a ₱399 day pass on its official site (live September 2026): one entry on the date you choose, including specialty classes such as yoga, pilates and HYROX. Open 24 hours, and the listing records showers (club page).
4. Rockwell Atletica — ₱600 in the Rockwell Center
Rockwell Atletica, on the 2nd floor of 38 Rockwell in the Rockwell Center, charged a February 2026 visitor ₱600 for a one-off visit, and gives no free trial. Hours are 6am–10pm on weekdays and 7am–7pm at weekends.
5. Pretty Huge — ₱700 in BGC, open until 11pm
Pretty Huge, on the 2nd floor of Bonifacio Civic Center Tower on McKinley Parkway, lists Day Pass Access at ₱700 on its own site. Open 6am–11pm every day.

7. Fitness First Platinum One Bonifacio High Street — ₱1,000
Fitness First Platinum One Bonifacio High Street, at 5th Avenue and 28th Street, charged a May 2026 visitor ₱1,000 for one day — a tourist rip-off for a small club, they felt. Fitness First’s pay-as-you-go FitPass credits start from ₱646 (site, live September 2026). Hours are 6am–10pm on weekdays and 8am–8pm at weekends (club page). The chain’s Platinum Aura, on levels 5–6 of SM Aura Premier, has a pool and sauna. See the Fitness First chain page and our Fitness First day-pass guide.
8. Anytime Fitness Uptown Bonifacio — 24 hours, with a power rack
Anytime Fitness Uptown Bonifacio, on the 4th floor of Tower 3 at Uptown Mall on 36th Street, is open 24 hours, and the listing records showers, free weights and a power rack. Anytime Fitness’s own enquiry page says most clubs charge non-residents a drop-in fee for short-term use, set by the branch; this club’s isn’t recorded yet. See the Anytime Fitness chain page for all 18 Makati and BGC clubs.
Where to train, by neighbourhood
Traffic decides here: a gym two kilometres away can take longer than a walk across BGC. Compare the journey from your hotel door to reception before choosing on price. The Manila gym map shows every listing by location.
- Ayala, Legazpi and Salcedo (Makati CBD): BeFit PNB Makati Center, Co Fitness in One Central, Salcedo (₱1,000), the Health Club at Makati Shangri-La, and Anytime Fitness at Eton Tower, Paseo Center and Glorietta 5.
- Poblacion, Bel-Air and Rockwell: GoGym Villena Poblacion, KSYN Fitness, Anytime Fitness Malugay in Lerato Mall, Rockwell Atletica, and Anytime Fitness at Century City, Circuit and SM Jazz.
- South and west Makati: ActivGym in Pio del Pilar (₱350, September 2026; open until 11pm on weekdays), Ulysses Gym on Evangelista (₱100 in June 2025), Gold’s Gym San Lorenzo Place and six Anytime Fitness clubs, including Chino Roces and Magallanes.
- Bonifacio Global City: Pretty Huge, Bar Set, Fitness First Platinum One Bonifacio High Street and Platinum Aura, GoGym Plus NEO, Armonyx Fitness on 10th Avenue (24 hours; a short-stay visitor liked its new kit in August 2026), and Anytime Fitness at Uptown Bonifacio, Burgos Circle and 4th Avenue.
- McKinley and east Taguig: GoGym Plus McKinley and MyTown Los Angeles (₱129), and Anytime Fitness at McKinley West and Grace Mall.
Training late? Daily Sweat records 19 of the 36 listings as open 24 hours, and KSYN stays open until midnight. A power rack is recorded at 3 listings and showers at 6 (a blank means unconfirmed, not missing).
How much does a gym day pass cost in Manila?
A gym day pass in Makati and BGC costs ₱99 to ₱1,000, typically ₱350. Of the 36 gyms listed, 13 have a known price, and 5 of those charge ₱129 or less.
- ₱99–₱129: GoGym Plus NEO (₱99), Ulysses Gym (₱100) and three GoGym clubs (₱129).
- ₱350–₱399, the typical range: KSYN Fitness and ActivGym (₱350) and BeFit (₱399).

- ₱1,000: Co Fitness in Salcedo and Fitness First Platinum One Bonifacio High Street.
Prices move: KSYN was quoted ₱500 in 2025 and early 2026 and ₱350 in June 2026, and GoGym NEO’s ₱99 may have risen. Ulysses Gym’s price is from June 2025. Each gym’s page shows where its price came from and when it was last checked.
Buying a pass: what to know
Walk in and pay at the desk
34 of the 36 listed gyms sell the pass at reception. BeFit also sells its ₱399 day on its official site for a chosen date, and GoGym Plus NEO uses app-based QR entry, so download GoGym’s app before you arrive.
Chain passes don’t always travel
Membership elsewhere may not get you in: in February 2025, Gold’s Gym San Lorenzo Place would not accept a Gold’s travel pass and wanted to charge a day pass instead. Fitness First’s FitPass credits work across its clubs, but towels are no longer given to FitPass users at Platinum Aura. Anytime Fitness sets its drop-in fee club by club.
What the pass leaves out
Prices from reviews are a guide, not a quote — Bar Set’s is “about” ₱850. BeFit’s pass includes classes; most others are floor access only. Pack workout clothes, shoes, a towel and a water bottle.
One message settles most of it
Hi, I’m visiting Manila and staying in [Makati / BGC]. What is your day-pass or walk-in rate for non-members, can I pay at the front desk, and are towels and lockers included?
Day pass or weekly pass?
No Manila listing has a weekly price on record yet, so the maths is about which day pass to repeat:
- GoGym: five visits at ₱129 cost ₱645 — less than one day at Fitness First.
- KSYN Fitness: three visits at ₱350 cost ₱1,050, about the same as one day at Co Fitness.
- Fitness First: FitPass credits from ₱646 cover any of its clubs without a contract.
Staying a few weeks? Ask about a monthly rate. Our day, weekly and monthly pass guide does the maths.
Chains, a hotel club and pools
25 of the 36 listings belong to a chain:
- Anytime Fitness, with 18 listings across Makati and Taguig: a drop-in fee for non-residents set by each club, with no price on record.
- GoGym, with 3 listings at ₱129, plus GoGym Plus NEO in BGC.
- Fitness First, with 3 listings: ₱1,000 at One Bonifacio High Street, FitPass at Platinum Aura, and Ayala North Exchange, where the last day-pass evidence is from January 2023.
- Gold’s Gym, with 1 listing at San Lorenzo Place, last confirmed in February 2025.
For a pool, Daily Sweat records one at 2 listings, both with a sauna: Fitness First Platinum Aura and the Health Club at Makati Shangri-La, on level 4 at Ayala and Makati Avenues, open 6am–midnight, where a visitor booked a single session through ClassPass around September 2025. Neither has a direct day-pass price on record.

Find a Manila gym that fits your trip
Daily Sweat keeps every Manila gym with a confirmed day pass on one page, with the price, how to buy, opening hours and facilities for each. Start with the Manila gym list to filter by facility, or open the map to see what is near your hotel, then confirm visitor hours and ID rules with the gym before you set off.
Search a city and use the map to find convenient options. Where available, listings show day-pass and weekly prices, how to buy access, facilities, opening hours, photos, and visitor notes. You can compare nearby alternatives and use website or map links to plan your visit. Chain pages show every branch of a brand with a confirmed pass, and day pass prices compares typical costs by country and city.
Daily Sweat is free to browse, and you don’t need an account to search. It’s a directory: you buy access through the gym or the booking option described in its listing.
Some details will still need checking, particularly when a price is missing or your visit depends on a specific facility. Traveller contributions and corrections help keep the information useful.
The aim is simple: spend less time figuring out where you can train, and more time enjoying the place you came to visit.
