Public sports centre on the 9th floor of Kenko Plaza Toshima: ¥400 for a 2-hour pass, indoor-shoe rental ¥300 (reviews Jul 2026, May 2026, 2025). No barbells; dumbbells to 35 kg, plenty of machines with 15-minute caps when busy. Strict floor rules — no bags or bottles on the floor, free weights stay in their square (review Aug 2026).
