The Energy Fit Dogenzaka price table captured in September 2026 lists yoga at 1,100 yen and pilates at 2,200 yen per session, alongside a 22,000 yen unlimited monthly plan, with cardio machine use marked as included. Those per-session rates are class prices rather than gym entry. Reviews from 2020 describe shower rooms and amenities, bilingual instructors and reasonable prices for the location, while a 2023 reviewer had trouble cancelling and found the hours unclear. Confirm whether a visitor can use the gym floor alone.
