Fitnation Gym is on the Kathmandu map, but no traveller has confirmed yet whether it sells a day pass to visitors, or what it costs.
Fitnation Gym has no website in the evidence. A reviewer from around September 2025 says the monthly fee is about NPR 4000, which is reasonable, but this is a membership rate rather than a single-visit price. The same period describes a full set of machines in an uncrowded space. Nothing in the saved evidence establishes a day pass or a visitor rate. Ask staff whether a single session can be purchased.
