Gold's Gym Khalda is on the Amman map, but no traveller has confirmed yet whether it sells a day pass to visitors, or what it costs.
Reviews from around June and July 2026 describe an outdoor pool that is too cold to use and complain that membership prices keep rising. A May 2026 review calls it one of the best gyms in Jordan for cleanliness, while an April 2026 reviewer says several cardio machines have been replaced with lower-quality ones. No saved review or the Facebook page mentions a day pass, a week pass or a visitor rate. Ask reception whether a single session can be bought.
