The city gymnasium's own rules (updated Apr 2026): anyone can use the training room for 270 yen per 9:00–12:00, 13:00–15:00 or 15:00–17:00 block, 300 yen for 18:00–21:00, or 150 yen for a single hour; buy a ticket from the machine and bring indoor shoes. Closed the first Monday of each month.
