A Sep 2026 review: the city gym's training room costs ¥600 for non-residents (a Nov 2025 visitor paid about ¥800 with shoe rental), for a 2-hour session bought at the ticket machine. Bring clean indoor shoes and, on a first visit, ID; showers have no towels or soap and racks are booked in 30-minute slots.
