ECOFIT24（エコフィット24）広島宇品店 is on the Hiroshima map, but no traveller has confirmed yet whether it sells a day pass to visitors, or what it costs.
ECOFIT24 Hiroshima Ujina: the official FAQ says pay-per-use visitor admission is NOT offered. March 2026 feedback also reports no showers. This is not currently a supported tourist day-pass option.
