HacoGym Nakasu’s saved official page describes private free-weight rooms, a one-month gym trial and a separate one-session personal-training trial. The solo plan limits use to one hour per day. Neither offer establishes a standalone self-directed day pass. Barbells, plates, dumbbells and benches are listed; confirm a suitable visitor option.
