Reviews from around March 2026 describe a small neighbourhood gym with new, modern machines, attentive service and coaching advice for people without a personal plan, and one says they give a free trial class you can bring friends to. No price, day rate or terms for that trial were captured, and the listing links to Instagram. Ask what a single visit or trial involves.
