Short-stay access is explicit and about a year old, but the dollar sign is ambiguous between USD and a peso shorthand and the seven applies to the shortest pack rather than a single day, so no price is set. An older review (~Sep 2018) quotes a one-day pass at 15,000 COP and says to bring your own padlock.
