The town park's own site (Oct 2026) sells a single training-room ticket at ¥600 from the ticket machine, no booking needed; indoor shoes are required (rental ¥500). Open 9:00–21:00, closed Mondays and the day after public holidays; the 25 m pool is a separate ¥400 ticket.
