Warsaw is a cheap city to keep training in. Most central gyms sell a single entry, called a jednorazowe wejście, at the front desk, and 39.90 zł is the typical price. 8 of the 13 gyms with a day pass are open around the clock.
Tourists can buy a gym day pass in Warsaw: as of October 2026, Daily Sweat lists 13 Warsaw gyms with one, and the 10 with a known price charge from 30 zł to 250 zł, with 39.90 zł the typical price. 12 sell it at the front desk, and none is listed as selling online. The catch: buy a single entry from a person at a staffed desk, not a membership in an app. In July 2026 a visitor at an unattended 24-hour Well Fitness club could only buy through the app, and ended up having to pay for two months.
Below are eight gyms worth the trip. After them: which gyms are near your hotel, what passes cost, how buying works, what to do on a longer stay, and where to train late. For every listing, see all Warsaw gyms with a day pass or the map. Heading on? See our Berlin guide and Prague guide.
Eight Warsaw gyms worth the trip
The first five picks are the gyms where visitors have written about buying a pass, from Well Fitness at 39.90 zł to Quantum Fitness at 149 zł. The last three publish their price on their own website: Super Linia at 30 zł, So Well Gym at 175 zł and the RiverView spa at 250 zł. Each gym’s card shows the listing’s current price and when it was last checked.
1. Well Fitness Nowy Świat — 39.90 zł, open 24 hours
Well Fitness Nowy Świat, at Świętokrzyska 3, is a large gym over two floors above a McDonald’s, with the entrance at the side. A visitor in September 2025 whose hotel had no gym paid 39.90 zł for a daily pass and found it spacious and well kept: “I highly recommend this gym for short-term visitors”. A 2024 visitor quoted 39 PLN. The pass is valid for 24 hours, but “once you leave the gym, you will need another daily pass to get back in”. A March 2026 reviewer found the machines old and the changing rooms dirty. It is open 24 hours (club page).
2. Well Fitness Plac Zawiszy — 39 PLN paid in February 2026
Well Fitness Plac Zawiszy, at Al. Jerozolimskie 123A, is listed at 39.90 zł. A February 2026 visitor wrote that “a day pass costs 39 PLN, which is cheap for Warsaw”, and found the woman on the front desk “lovely and very welcoming”. The same visitor found the machines very outdated and plates left all over the floor. The listing records free weights and showers. It is open 24 hours (club page).
3. Just GYM Dziekońskiego — a 24-hour or 7-day pass in Mokotów
Just GYM Dziekońskiego, at Józefa Piusa Dziekońskiego 1 in Mokotów, is one visitor’s “go-to gym when I come to Warsaw for a few days”. In August 2026 they called its 24-hour and 7-day passes good value, though “they used to be much cheaper back in April”. The price isn’t recorded yet. There is a good variety of equipment, but only one Smith machine. The listing records free weights and a power rack (the only Warsaw listing that records one) and no showers. It is open 24 hours (club page).
4. Zdrofit Centrum Rondo ONZ — a 72-hour pass in the centre
Zdrofit Centrum Rondo ONZ, at Rondo ONZ 1, sold a visitor a 72-hour pass in July 2026, and they used it to try different Zdrofit locations. They found the club not too big, with a nice view but not many leg machines, and a sauna and relaxation area for men. The listing records free weights and showers. The current price wasn’t captured. A 2019 review mentions 50 zł for a day, too old to rely on. Hours are 6am–11pm on weekdays and 7am–10pm at weekends.
5. Quantum Fitness — 149 zł on Piękna
Quantum Fitness, at Piękna 15, charged two visitors in June 2026 149 zł for a day pass. One called that “bit excessive”. The other found the equipment “super old” and the floor of the CrossFit and HYROX area uneven. Its website gives no day-pass price, and the visitor couldn’t get through on the phone. A September 2025 visitor praised a receptionist who explained the day-pass and short-stay options. The listing records no showers. Hours are 6am–9:30pm on weekdays, 8am–6pm on Saturday and 8am–4pm on Sunday (official site).
6. Super Linia — 30 zł on its price list, the cheapest in Warsaw
Super Linia, at Skwer Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego 5 in Muranów, lists a 30 zł single entry on its official price list, live in September 2026. It also sells a 10-entry card for 155 zł. It is a gym with a sauna and tanning, and the listing records showers. None of its saved reviews mentions a pass yet. Hours are 8am–10pm on weekdays and 10am–5pm at weekends (official site).
7. So Well Gym — 175 zł with everything included
So Well Gym, at Pl. marsz. Józefa Piłsudskiego 2 in the Hotel Europejski building, sells a 175 zł one-day pass on its official site, live in September 2026. The pass includes towels, water, coffee, tea, snacks and toiletries. It is a 24/7 boutique gym rated 4.8 from only 29 reviews. A September 2025 reviewer described “a cozy, boutique gym” with a fridge of healthy snacks. The listing records showers (official site).
8. RiverView Wellness Centre — 250 zł for the pool, saunas and gym
RiverView Wellness Centre, a hotel club at Emilii Plater 49, lists a 250 zł single entry on its official site, live in September 2026. That price covers Monday to Thursday, 6:30am–5pm; evenings and weekends cost 300 zł. The entry covers the pool, dry and steam saunas, a jacuzzi and the gym. A 2025 visitor said “the view is really stunning” from the pool. A March 2026 visitor found the water and air cool, the steam room out of order and the floor slippery. Hours are 6:30am–10pm on weekdays and 7am–10pm at weekends (official site).
Where to train, by neighbourhood
Ten of the 13 Warsaw gyms with a day pass are within about 2 km of the city centre, so you rarely need a long trip. The Warsaw gym map shows every listing by location.

- Praga-Południe: Well Fitness Gocław at Fieldorfa 41, about 6 km out.
Daily Sweat records showers at 5 of the 13 listings and a sauna at 6 (a blank means unconfirmed, not missing). The map also shows 19 grey pins, among them 8 more Zdrofit clubs and 4 CityFit clubs. None has a confirmed day pass, so ask at the desk before you go.
How much does a gym day pass cost in Warsaw?
A gym day pass in Warsaw costs 30 zł to 250 zł, typically 39.90 zł, as of October 2026. Of the 13 gyms listed, 10 have a known price, and six of those are Well Fitness clubs at 39.90 zł.
- 30 zł: Super Linia, on its own price list.
- 39.90 zł, the typical price: six Well Fitness clubs. Visitors confirmed it at Nowy Świat (September 2025) and Plac Zawiszy (39 PLN, February 2026). Złote Tarasy, Browary Warszawskie, Wołoska and Gocław are listed at the chain’s single-entry rate, with no visitor price yet.
- 149–175 zł: Quantum Fitness (149 zł, paid in June 2026) and So Well Gym (175 zł on its website, with towels and drinks included).
- 250 zł: RiverView Wellness Centre, with the pool and spa, or 300 zł in the evenings and at weekends.
What sets the price is the kind of club. The big 24-hour Well Fitness clubs charge 39.90 zł. The boutique and spa clubs charge 149 zł to 250 zł, and some include towels, drinks or a pool. RiverView is the only listing in Warsaw with a pool.
Visitors have confirmed the price at only three of the ten priced gyms: Well Fitness Nowy Świat and Plac Zawiszy, and Quantum Fitness. Super Linia, So Well Gym and RiverView publish theirs on their own websites. The other four Well Fitness clubs carry the chain’s rate, so treat 39.90 zł there as a guide and check at the desk. Each gym’s page shows where its price came from and when it was last checked.
Buying a pass: what to know
Pay at the desk, and ask for a single entry
12 of the 13 listed gyms sell the pass at reception, and none is listed as selling it online. On Polish websites and price lists, look for jednorazowe wejście (single entry). In May 2026 a reviewer at Well Fitness Wołoska found that the payment terminals often failed, and registration took over 40 minutes. Carry a card and some cash.
Avoid the app at unstaffed clubs
In July 2026 a visitor at Well Fitness Browary Warszawskie found no one on duty. They had to use the app, which was “half English half” Polish, and couldn’t buy a single ticket there. They ended up having to pay for two months. A 2025 visitor at the same club did get a single session. If a club’s desk is empty, go to another one rather than sign up in an app. Reviews of Well Fitness, Zdrofit and CityFit clubs from 2025 and 2026 also warn that membership contracts are hard to cancel.
Bring ID, a towel and a padlock
GAMAGYM asks every new client to show a physical ID card or passport on the first visit, single entry included, so carry yours. No Warsaw listing records a towel or indoor-shoe rule. So Well Gym includes towels in its price, but a 2019 visitor at Zdrofit found neither towels nor water provided. At Well Fitness Złote Tarasy, a 2025 one-time visitor had to buy a padlock on site for the lockers. Pack a towel, a water bottle and a padlock.
One message settles most of it
Hello, I’m visiting Warsaw and would like to train on [date]. Do you sell a single entry (jednorazowe wejście) at reception, what does it cost, and do I need my own towel or padlock?
Day pass or weekly pass?
No Warsaw listing has a weekly price as of October 2026. A few options for a longer stay are on record:
- Just GYM Dziekońskiego: an August 2026 visitor called its 24-hour and 7-day passes good value. The price isn’t recorded yet.
- Zdrofit Centrum Rondo ONZ: a 72-hour pass in July 2026, which the visitor used at other Zdrofit clubs too. The price isn’t recorded yet.
- Super Linia: a 10-entry card for 155 zł, valid for three months, against 30 zł for a single entry. It is worth it from your sixth visit.
- Cheap single entries: at 39.90 zł a day, six Well Fitness sessions still cost less than one day at RiverView.
Before buying anything longer than a day, ask whether it renews automatically and how to cancel. Our day, weekly and monthly pass guide does the maths.
24-hour gyms and staffed hours
8 of the 13 Warsaw gyms with a day pass are listed as open 24 hours: the six Well Fitness clubs, So Well Gym and Just GYM Dziekońskiego. Open is not the same as staffed, though.
- Well Fitness: its club pages say reception is staffed 6am–10pm on weekdays and 10am–6pm at weekends. To buy a single entry from a person, arrive in those hours. At Nowy Świat, a 2025 visitor found the pass lasts 24 hours but ends when you leave.
- So Well Gym: a 24/7 boutique gym; its 175 zł pass covers one day.
- Just GYM Dziekońskiego: open 24 hours, with 24-hour passes on record.
For a late session without a 24-hour club, Zdrofit Centrum Rondo ONZ is open until 11pm on weekdays, and Super Linia, GAMAGYM and RiverView until 10pm on weekdays.

Find a Warsaw gym that fits your trip
Daily Sweat keeps every Warsaw gym with a confirmed day pass on one page, with the price, how to buy, opening hours and facilities for each. Start with the Warsaw gym list to filter by facility, or open the map to see what is near your hotel, then confirm visitor hours and ID rules with the gym before you set off.
Search a city and use the map to find convenient options. Where available, listings show day-pass and weekly prices, how to buy access, facilities, opening hours, photos, and visitor notes. Chain pages show every branch of a brand with a confirmed pass, and day pass prices compares typical costs by country and city.
