1. Polynikis Hall of Fitness — €5, the cheapest recent price
Polynikis Hall of Fitness (Πολυνίκης), at Ipourgou Filippou Dragoumi 33, charged a visitor in June 2025 €5 for a day pass. Hours are 8am–11pm on weekdays, 9am–8pm on Saturday and 11am–3pm on Sunday (official site). Two more gyms are listed at €5, on older evidence: GNS City Center Gym on Paleon Patron Germanou, open until midnight on weekdays (October 2024; a May 2023 holidaymaker paid the same), and TopFitness in Triandria (January 2023).
2. TopFitness City Center — €7 on Egnatia
TopFitness City Center, at Egnatia 1, sold a visitor in October 2025 a €7 day pass, which they called reasonably priced. Hours are 8am–11pm on weekdays and 11am–6pm on Saturday. 3. GYMNASIUM Κέντρο — €10, valid at any of six clubs
GYMNASIUM Κέντρο, at Ethnikis Aminis 11, belongs to a local chain whose own shop sells a €10 Daily Pass, valid in one of its six Gymnasium gyms of your choice. Hours here are 8am–11pm on weekdays and noon–8pm on Saturday (official site). Only this branch is on Daily Sweat so far.
4. Gym Underground — €10 a day or €25 a week
Gym Underground, at Agiou Dimitriou 117, sells daily and weekly passes: €10 a day and €25 a week, as of a September 2025 review that called it great for tourists. It is the only Thessaloniki listing with a weekly price. Hours are 9:30am–11pm on weekdays and 10am–6pm on Saturday (official site).
5. Bodyfit Downtown — €13, open until midnight
Bodyfit Downtown, at Viktoros Ougko 1, charged a visitor in August 2026 €13 for a day pass and quoted €100 for a 10-day pass. Hours are 7am–midnight on weekdays, 10am–8pm on Saturday and 10am–4pm on Sunday (official site). 6. ALTERLIFE Tsimiski — €15 on the main shopping street
ALTERLIFE Tsimiski, at the corner of Tsimiski and Komninon 18, charged visitors in April and September 2026 €15 for a day pass, up from €10 in November 2024, and there is no weekly pass for visitors. Hours are 7am–11:30pm on weekdays, 8am–9pm on Saturday and 10am–6pm on Sunday (official site).
Where to train, by neighbourhood
A cheaper pass loses its appeal once you add a taxi each way, so compare the walk from your hotel door to reception before choosing on price. The Thessaloniki gym map shows every listing by location.
- City centre: ALTERLIFE on Tsimiski, GYMNASIUM Κέντρο on Ethnikis Aminis, GNS City Center Gym on Paleon Patron Germanou, REVIVE on Eleftheriou Venizelou (€10 in August 2025; open until midnight on weekdays) and Gym Olympion on Olympou, whose one-day entry a visitor in May 2026 found very cheap compared with others (no amount recorded).
- Egnatia’s western end: TopFitness City Center at Egnatia 1 and Bodyfit Downtown on Viktoros Ougko.
- North of the centre: Gym Underground on Agiou Dimitriou and Polynikis Hall of Fitness on Ipourgou Filippou Dragoumi.
- East: Yava in Kato Toumba (€10, July 2026), Bodyfit Charilaou and Bodyfit Vasilissis Olgas.

All 15 listed gyms sell the pass at reception, and none on Daily Sweat sells it online; GYMNASIUM’s Daily Pass is also listed in the chain’s own shop. Expect to pay on arrival and train straight away.
Check the date on the price
The three €5 prices date from June 2025, October 2024 and January 2023, while every €10–€15 price was reported in 2025 or 2026. Budget €10 and treat anything lower as a bonus. Weekend hours are short: GYMNASIUM and Gym Underground close on Sundays, and TopFitness City Center opens only 5pm–9pm.
