Nha Trang’s gyms are local, cheap and mostly fan-cooled. A day costs about 50,000 VND, nobody needs a booking, and the real question is whether you want air-conditioning badly enough to pay more.
Tourists can buy a gym day pass in Nha Trang: as of October 2026, Daily Sweat lists 18 Nha Trang gyms with one, and the 11 with a known price charge from 30,000 to 180,000 VND, with 50,000 VND the typical price. All 18 sell it at the front desk. The catch: several close for lunch, most keep short Sunday hours, and few have air-con, so check the hours and go early or late.
Below: eight gyms worth the trip, then which ones are near your hotel, what passes cost, how buying works, and when a longer pass beats paying by the day. For every listing, see all Nha Trang gyms with a day pass or the map. Heading up the coast? See the Da Nang guide.
Eight Nha Trang gyms worth the trip
From 30,000 VND in the south of the city to 180,000 VND at the one 24-hour gym, with the town’s best-rated floor, a women-only gym, two saunas and the one with a towel included. Each gym’s card shows the listing’s current price and when it was last checked.
1. Gym VIETLIFE Fitness — 30,000 VND, the cheapest on record
Gym VIETLIFE Fitness, at 119c Lý Nam Đế in Nam Nha Trang, charges 30,000 VND for a day pass, and reviews from 2025, April 2026 and August 2026 all agree; a month is 370,000 VND. Large and clean, with lots of machines and a second floor for cardio and lighter work that one reviewer prefers as a quieter space, plus free bananas and sweets at reception. There is no air-con. It closes from 11am to 2pm every day, reopening until 8:15pm (7pm on Sunday), and on Sunday it doesn’t open until 2pm.
2. CLB Thể Hình Gym Nha Trang — 40,000 VND for the best-rated floor
CLB THỂ HÌNH - GYM NHA TRANG, at 102 Bắc Sơn in the north of the city, charged an August 2026 visitor 40,000 VND per entry; a July 2026 visitor paid 30,000 VND. Widely rated the best gym in Nha Trang: newer, well-maintained kit, an open layout, free weights and staff who actually re-rack the weights. There’s no air-con, but a high ceiling and plenty of fans. The listing records 5am–8:30pm, and 5am–11:30am on Sunday, and reviewers say it also closes at lunch; entry is by fingerprint.
3. Champion Gym Center — 50,000 VND with a towel and showers
Champion Gym Center, at 01 Đào Duy Từ, charged a March 2026 visitor 50,000 VND with a towel provided. Two levels with a full range of weights and machines, showers with soap, small lockers and an outdoor patio. Reviewers disagree on cooling: one found air-con and fans in March 2026, another said in August 2026 there was no air-con at all. Hours are 5:30am–9pm, and 5:30am–11am on Sunday.
4. Gym Phong Vũ — 50,000 VND and a deadlift platform in Hòn Chồng
Gym Phong Vũ Nha Trang, at 19 Hòn Chồng in the north, charged a July 2026 visitor 50,000 VND for a single session; a month is about 250,000 VND. An open-style gym with a dedicated deadlift platform, several leg-press variants and heavy bags for boxing, and the listing records a power rack; the equipment is a little old but comprehensive. Hours are 5am–8:30pm, and 2pm–7pm on Sunday.
5. PT Gym CLB Gym Nữ — 50,000 VND at a women-only gym
PT GYM CLB GYM NỮ, at 141 Nguyễn Thị Minh Khai near the beachfront hotels, is a women-only gym at 50,000 VND a day (February and April 2026 reviews). A ground-floor room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a through breeze; the air-con reportedly doesn’t work, but reviewers didn’t mind. There are changing rooms, and one-to-one personal training costs extra. Hours are 2pm–8pm from Monday to Saturday; it is closed on Sunday.
6. Gym Bến Thượng Hải LM — 100,000 VND for air-con and a hot sauna
Gym Bến Thượng Hải LM, in the HUD Building on Thích Quảng Đức in Nam Nha Trang, charged a November 2025 visitor 100,000 VND for a day pass. Good air-con, high-quality equipment, clean, and a genuinely hot sauna. But reviewers report weekend closures announced without notice, unanswered messages about opening hours, poor ventilation on some days and a disputed refund over an unannounced Tết closure. The listing records 5:30am–8pm, and 5:30am–11am on Sunday.
7. THỔ GYM — 180,000 VND, open 24 hours with air-con
THỔ GYM, at 01 Trần Quốc Toản, charged a June 2026 visitor 180,000 VND for a day pass — the priciest in town, but air-conditioned, spotless, with brand-new equipment and free food after your session, in a Bali-style concept. It is the only Nha Trang listing open 24 hours. Another June 2026 reviewer warns that the ground floor is cramped, with trainers sharing the members’ space.
8. Olympic Nha Trang Gym & Fitness — a big floor and a sauna on Lê Hồng Phong
Olympic Nha Trang Gym & Fitness, at 51 Lê Hồng Phong, sold a drop-in day for 100,000 VND, with a bottle of water, in 2023–24; that price is now stale, so ask at the desk. A big, well-equipped gym with fingerprint entry, good cardio, and the listing records free weights, a power rack and a sauna. There is no air-con. Hours are 5am–9pm, and 5am–noon on Sunday.
Where to train, by neighbourhood
Nha Trang is long and thin, and the listings run from north of the Cái River to the south end of the bay. In the midday heat, a gym close to your hotel matters more than usual. The Nha Trang gym map shows every listing by location.
- The beachfront hotel district: PT Gym CLB Gym Nữ, CLB Hoang Gia (50,000 VND in 2025; closed 11:30am–1:30pm), Transform Gym with a sauna, Nha Trang Fitness & Health on Ngô Thời Nhiệm, and Profit Coaching on the 12th floor of the Galina Hotel, which holidaymakers recommend for short stays.
- Around Đầm Market and the old centre: Champion Gym Center, THỔ GYM, Olympic and Fit79 on Bến Chợ (50,000 VND; several squat racks, but a June 2026 visitor called it the dirtiest gym they had entered).
- West of the centre: KingKong L.A Gym, with a separate women’s area, free lockers and free water, and HTPRO Fitness on Thích Quảng Đức.
- North, across the river: CLB Thể Hình, Gym Phong Vũ, T-Life Gym on Đoàn Trần Nghiệp (40,000 VND) and Gym Thùy Sport on Điện Biên Phủ (50,000 VND).
- South: Gym VIETLIFE, Gym Bến Thượng Hải LM and GYM Thể Dục Bốn mùa on Hoàng Sa.
Daily Sweat records a sauna at 3 of the 18 listings, a power rack at 3 and showers at 2 (a blank means unconfirmed, not missing).

Buying a pass: what to know
Walk in and pay at the desk
All 18 listed gyms sell the pass at reception, and none sells online. CLB Thể Hình and Olympic use fingerprint entry, so ask staff how a day visitor gets in and out.
Check the hours, not just the price
Lunch closures are common: Gym VIETLIFE closes from 11am to 2pm and CLB Hoang Gia from 11:30am to 1:30pm, and reviewers say CLB Thể Hình closes at lunch too. Sunday hours are short almost everywhere — Champion, Bến Thượng Hải and CLB Thể Hình close by late morning, and PT Gym CLB Gym Nữ is closed all day.
Air-con is the exception
Most Nha Trang gyms are fan-cooled. Bến Thượng Hải and THỔ GYM are the air-conditioned options on record; VIETLIFE, Phong Vũ, Olympic, CLB Thể Hình and CLB Hoang Gia have none, and Champion’s depends on the day. Pack a towel, a water bottle and a padlock — Champion is the only listing on record that includes a towel.
One message settles most of it
Hello, I’m visiting Nha Trang and would like to train on [date]. How much is one day for a visitor, what time do you open and close, and is the gym air-conditioned? (Xin chào, giá vé tập một ngày là bao nhiêu?)
Day pass, session pack or month?
No Nha Trang listing sells a weekly pass on record, but local gyms sell packs and cheap months:
- Transform Gym and Nha Trang Fitness & Health: 200,000 VND for three visits (2026 reviews), about 67,000 VND each.
- CLB Thể Hình: 250,000 VND a month for the gym, or 320,000 VND with cardio — cheaper than seven visits at 40,000 VND.
- Gym Phong Vũ (about 250,000 VND a month), Gym VIETLIFE (370,000 VND) and CLB Hoang Gia (450,000 VND).
Ask whether a month means 30 days from your first visit. Our day, weekly and monthly pass guide does the maths.

Find a Nha Trang gym that fits your trip
Daily Sweat keeps every Nha Trang gym with a confirmed day pass on one page, with the price, how to buy, opening hours and facilities for each. Start with the Nha Trang gym list to filter by facility, or open the map to see what is near your hotel, then confirm visitor hours and ID rules with the gym before you set off.
Search a city and use the map to find convenient options. Where available, listings show day-pass and weekly prices, how to buy access, facilities, opening hours, photos, and visitor notes. You can compare nearby alternatives and use website or map links to plan your visit. Chain pages show every branch of a brand with a confirmed pass, and day pass prices compares typical costs by country and city.
Daily Sweat is free to browse, and you don’t need an account to search. It’s a directory: you buy access through the gym or the booking option described in its listing.
Some details will still need checking, particularly when a price is missing or your visit depends on a specific facility. Traveller contributions and corrections help keep the information useful.
The aim is simple: spend less time figuring out where you can train, and more time enjoying the place you came to visit.
