Hong Kong hotel gyms are often a single room with a view. The city’s 24-hour clubs are the fix: most sell visitors a day at the desk, and HK$150 to HK$350 covers it.
Tourists can buy a gym day pass in Hong Kong: as of October 2026, Daily Sweat lists 17 Hong Kong gyms with one, and the 4 with a known price charge from HK$150 to HK$350, with HK$350 the typical price. All 17 sell it at the front desk, and 10 also sell online. The catch: most clubs are open 24 hours but staffed for only part of the day, so buy your pass while the desk is open.
Below: seven gyms worth the trip, then which ones are near your hotel, what passes cost, how buying works, and when a weekly pass beats paying by the day. For every listing, see all Hong Kong gyms with a day pass or the map. Heading on to Taiwan? See the Taipei guide.

Where to train, by neighbourhood
On Hong Kong Island the MTR and the trams make most of the north shore easy; crossing the harbour takes longer. Compare the journey from your hotel door to reception before choosing on price. The Hong Kong gym map shows every listing by location.
- Central and Sheung Wan: ONYX Central, Titan Central, The Vault and Snap Fitness Central, on floors 13 and 15 of New World Tower on Queen’s Road Central, with showers and morning yoga and pilates.
- Wan Chai: Ozone Fitness, ONYX Wan Chai, Anytime Fitness Wan Chai and Snap Fitness Wan Chai on Wan Chai Road, which an August 2026 reviewer called among the cheapest gyms in the district.
- Sai Ying Pun to Kennedy Town: Anytime Fitness Sai Ying Pun in Andes Plaza, Snap Fitness on Queen’s Road West by HKU, Anytime Fitness Sai Wan on Belcher’s Street and GO24 Kennedy Town.
- Tsim Sha Tsui: Snap Fitness Tsim Sha Tsui, PURE K11 MUSEA and Anytime Fitness Tsim Sha Tsui on Granville Road, with showers.
- Mong Kok and Ho Man Tin: Anytime Fitness Mong Kok, cosy and clean but busy at peak hours, and Anytime Fitness Ho Man Tin in Oi Man Plaza.
Lifting seriously? Daily Sweat records a power rack at 5 of the 17 listings and free weights at 8 (a blank means unconfirmed, not missing). The Vault is the specialist; Snap Tsim Sha Tsui has two squat racks.
How much does a gym day pass cost in Hong Kong?
A gym day pass in Hong Kong costs HK$150 to HK$350, typically HK$350. Of the 17 gyms listed, only 4 have a known price, so expect to ask at most desks.
- HK$150: Snap Fitness Tsim Sha Tsui, the only Snap club with a recorded price.
- HK$220: Ozone Fitness in Wan Chai.
- HK$350, the typical price: PURE K11 MUSEA and The Vault Fitness.
- Ask at the desk: ONYX and GO24, Titan, the other three Snap Fitness clubs, and all six Anytime Fitness clubs, which start you on a free trial.
Two of the four prices come from June 2026 reviews rather than the gym. Each gym’s page shows where its price came from and when it was last checked.
Buying a pass: what to know
Walk in and pay at the desk
All 17 listed gyms sell the pass at reception, and 10 also sell online. Desk hours are shorter than opening hours: Snap Fitness staffs Tsim Sha Tsui and Central from 11am to 8pm and Wan Chai from noon to 9pm, and Anytime Fitness Sai Wan from noon to 8pm. Card payment was accepted at Snap Tsim Sha Tsui in June 2026.
A free trial is not a visitor pass
Anytime Fitness offers new customers a free 1-day trial booked on its website, Snap Fitness offers free trials over WhatsApp or its website, and PURE’s site has a complimentary 3-day trial pass. These are aimed at would-be members, so ask whether a visitor qualifies — and if not, which paid option covers a short stay.
What the pass leaves out
Classes vary by gym: Titan includes free yoga and fitness classes, ONYX and PURE run full timetables, and Ozone’s open gym is coached. Showers are recorded at 8 listings. Pack workout clothes, shoes, a towel and a water bottle.
One message settles most of it
Hello, I’m visiting Hong Kong and would like to train on [date]. What is your day-pass price for visitors, when is the front desk staffed, and can I pay by card?
Day pass or weekly pass?
Count your likely workouts before buying a longer pass. Two listings have a weekly price:
- Ozone Fitness: HK$220 a day or HK$600 a week on the official site — worth it from your third visit.
- The Vault Fitness: HK$350 a day or HK$599 a week (2025 review) — the week costs less than two days.
- Titan Central sells week passes too; the price isn’t recorded yet.
Ask whether a week means seven calendar days from first use. Our day, weekly and monthly pass guide does the maths.
The 24-hour chains
14 of the 17 Hong Kong listings are open 24 hours, and all 14 belong to four groups:
- Anytime Fitness, with 6 listings in Wan Chai, Sai Ying Pun, Sai Wan, Tsim Sha Tsui, Mong Kok and Ho Man Tin: a free 1-day trial online, then ask the desk about a paid day.
- Snap Fitness, with 4 listings: HK$150 a day at Tsim Sha Tsui (June 2026); ask at Central, Wan Chai and the HKU club, which offer free trials.
- GO24 and ONYX, with 3 listings in Central, Wan Chai and Kennedy Town: day passes confirmed at Central in June 2026, price at the desk.
- Titan 24 Hours Fitness, whose Central pass includes access to other Titan branches.
No Hong Kong listing on Daily Sweat records a pool yet, and PURE K11 MUSEA is the only one with a sauna on record.

Find a Hong Kong gym that fits your trip
Daily Sweat keeps every Hong Kong gym with a confirmed day pass on one page, with the price, how to buy, opening hours and facilities for each. Start with the Hong Kong gym list to filter by facility, or open the map to see what is near your hotel, then confirm visitor hours and ID rules with the gym before you set off.
Search a city and use the map to find convenient options. Where available, listings show day-pass and weekly prices, how to buy access, facilities, opening hours, photos, and visitor notes. You can compare nearby alternatives and use website or map links to plan your visit. Chain pages show every branch of a brand with a confirmed pass, and day pass prices compares typical costs by country and city.
Daily Sweat is free to browse, and you don’t need an account to search. It’s a directory: you buy access through the gym or the booking option described in its listing.
Some details will still need checking, particularly when a price is missing or your visit depends on a specific facility. Traveller contributions and corrections help keep the information useful.
The aim is simple: spend less time figuring out where you can train, and more time enjoying the place you came to visit.
