Reviews from 2026 describe a sauna one reviewer calls 'actually HOT', a recovery room with red light therapy, hydrotherapy and cryotherapy, plus a spa, and showers used daily by at least one member. A June 2026 reviewer calls it the best gym in Miami for its equipment, classes and bathroom and sauna facilities. Access is discussed only in terms of memberships and add-on packages; no day pass or visitor rate is mentioned. The website was unreachable when scouted. Confirm visitor entry directly.
