A July 2026 reviewer describes friendly staff and equipment in good condition, while a June 2026 reviewer reports an unwelcoming front desk and being blocked from the women's restroom by another guest, and asks for non-slip mats in the shower area. All references to guests concern members and their visitors rather than paid single entry. The branch page did not respond when the evidence was gathered. Check the chain's terms.
