Proper Gym is on the Manchester map, but no traveller has confirmed yet whether it sells a day pass to visitors, or what it costs.
A 23 May 2026 reviewer says there is enough equipment, with two squat racks upstairs and more downstairs, that something is always free even at peak times. That is the only substantial saved text, and neither the reviews nor the captured site mention a day pass, a visitor rate or a membership price. Ask the gym what a single visit costs.
