NRG's own site, captured 11 Sep 2026, lists 'Day Pass 10.99 GBP For One Day Only' with classes included, three hours of free parking, free WiFi and male and female saunas, against monthly membership at 27.95 GBP. A 10 Jul 2026 reviewer confirms buying one while down from Scotland for the weekend, but also says they have never seen so many plates and dumbbells left on the floor, and a 1 Jun 2026 reviewer advises checking the sauna is switched on before changing.
