Nordic Balance's own site (Oct 2026) sells a single-use gym pass at £40 for up to three hours, covering the gym, pool, spa pool, sauna and steam room. Book and register before arrival; pass hours Mon-Thu 7am-7pm, Fri 7am-4pm, Sat 10am-4pm; no groups.
