Tsarsky City Resort is described in a July 2026 review as a spacious, well-maintained fitness, aquatic and relaxation complex with an aqua lounge, pool, jacuzzi and separate saunas for men and women. A 2021 reviewer says the surrounding park zone is public and free to visit at any time, which is separate from the paid complex itself. No day-pass or single-visit price for the gym or spa was captured. Ask the resort directly what a day visit costs.
