A long-standing, no-frills training gym in Rawai — no spa or steam, just clean, well-kept kit and a serious atmosphere. WARNING: that same review found both lat pulldowns missing their knee pads, and a Jun 2026 member reports the air-con being switched off in both rooms, leaving it very hot.
