Baam Fitness is on the Koh Samui map, but no traveller has confirmed yet whether it sells a day pass to visitors, or what it costs.
Baam Fitness covers functional training, CrossFit and kettlebells alongside badminton courts, with a drop-in badminton session most weeknights from 6.30pm. Reviewers from around September 2024 and 2025 call the prices reasonable without naming a figure, note there is no shower, and warn the manager closes the windows and turns off the fans around 7.30pm, making it very hot. One reviewer says women feel comfortable there. Ask about a gym day rate separately from the badminton session.
