The Standard Gym is on the Bangkok map, but no traveller has confirmed yet whether it sells a day pass to visitors, or what it costs.
The Standard Bangkok's gym page captured in September 2026 sells packages starting at a one-month membership for 6,500 baht, rising to 18,000 baht for three months and 33,000 baht for six, each covering the gym, pool, group classes, steam room and valet parking. No single-day option appears. Reviews from 2025 and 2026 praise the gym and pool area, the steam room and the Climber class, and note it is quiet and private. Ask the hotel whether a day rate exists for non-residents.
