Transit Gym is on the Zanzibar City map, but no traveller has confirmed yet whether it sells a day pass to visitors, or what it costs.
A reviewer from around September 2022 says the gym sits beside the main airport road and that the facilities suit both locals and travellers, and reviewers through July 2026 praise the staff and the results. None of the 55 reviews gives a price, a day rate or a purchase method, and there is no website. Ask at the desk what a single session costs.
