A reviewer from around December 2025 calls this "the best place for a 100 TWD swim in Tainan", and other reviews from 2022 to 2025 describe a 25m pool, a sauna, a steam room and a free jacuzzi and jet wash alongside the pool. None of the saved reviews mentions weight-training equipment or a price for gym-floor access specifically. Confirm whether the swim price also covers the fitness area, or whether that is priced separately.
