What we found
Friskis&Svettis Kungsholmen is on the Stockholm map, but no traveller has confirmed yet whether it sells a day pass to visitors, or what it costs.
A reviewer from around September 2024 reports paying 5,500 SEK for a year's membership covering all of the chain's Swedish clubs, and a 2018 reviewer names a 299 kr monthly rate; neither is a single-visit price. Reviews from 2023 to 2026 describe a good range of machines, several free-weight areas and plenty of racks, though the cardio zone is called a bit small for the gym's size. Nothing in the evidence confirms a day pass or week pass. Ask whether a non-member can pay for one visit.
From our research into public reviews and the gym’s own pages, Sept 2026. Visitor access still needs confirmation.
