A reviewer from around September 2023 says they came with a day pass and found it reasonably priced with an on-staff coach, but this is now roughly three years old. A February 2026 review separately describes easy, affordable access for daily pop-ins without naming a price. A July 2026 review says towel use on machines is not consistently enforced. The website did not respond when the evidence was gathered. Confirm current day-pass pricing and terms with the gym.
