Metropolitan Arenes is on the Barcelona map, but no traveller has confirmed yet whether it sells a day pass to visitors, or what it costs.
A 4 Jul 2023 reviewer describes free-weight options, a sauna with a television inside, a steam room, showers, an ice fountain and hydromassage at this Las Arenas club. Nothing more recent was captured and the website did not respond when scouted. At the chain's Sagrada Familia club the only day passes described are for members' guests, so assume the same here until the club says otherwise.
