Fitness UP Constituição is on the Porto map, but no traveller has confirmed yet whether it sells a day pass to visitors, or what it costs.
Reviews from 2023 to 2025 describe comfortable locker rooms with a floor that is always wet, a small pool and jacuzzi, and showers that leak into the changing area. A reviewer from around September 2025 says the pool is often booked for classes, and another from September 2024 calls the price-to-quality ratio better than expected without naming an amount. No day pass, week pass or visitor rate appears in the saved evidence. Ask reception whether a single visit can be bought.
