Fitness Lounge in the basement of Pak Pavilion Plaza, Blue Area, is Islamabad's first 24/6 gym with ladies' timing 10am–4pm and mixed hours otherwise; bringing a towel is compulsory and the locker and shower area is small (2019–23). Nothing describes a day pass.
