The One Gym is on the Muscat map, but no traveller has confirmed yet whether it sells a day pass to visitors, or what it costs.
Reviews from around February 2026 describe The One Gym as a luxury-feeling space with designer interiors. Two reviews, from around December 2025 and April 2026, separately complain that the leather wrapping on Pannata equipment pads becomes slippery with sweat and creates a fall risk. No day pass, week pass or visitor rate appears anywhere in the saved evidence. Confirm visitor access and price, and ask about the equipment surfaces.
