4U Gym Wadi Kabir is on the Muscat map, but no traveller has confirmed yet whether it sells a day pass to visitors, or what it costs.
A reviewer from around September 2025 says staff at the counter refused to explain membership details or show the gym, and separately refused to show the shower room, though its existence downstairs was confirmed. Other 2025 reviews call prices reasonable without naming an amount, while 2024 reviews report frequent coaching changes and poor management. No website exists, and no day pass or visitor rate appears in the saved evidence. Confirm access and price in person, if reception cooperates.
