Fresh Fitness publishes monthly memberships from 69 to 87 euro depending on term, each including a twelve-week programme, plus a 29.95 euro joining fee, with no single-visit option. A 10 Apr 2026 reviewer describes a sauna and cold bath, and a 29 Jan 2025 reviewer notes the sauna is mixed and used naked, which may not suit everyone. Nothing in the 593 reviews mentions a day pass. Ask whether a visitor can pay for one session.
