A reviewer from around September 2025 confirms this is women only, with women coaches and a well-organised timetable, so the women-only tag stands. A 2019 reviewer quotes 200 dirhams for a day pass and 700 for a week, figures now seven years old. A 2023 reviewer describes a swimming pool, jacuzzi and a hammam that must be booked ahead, but says equipment quantity and space are limited. A March 2026 reviewer found it closed during posted hours. Confirm rates and hours before travelling.
