Woodbox Fitness holds a 4.9 rating from 139 reviews and lists only a Facebook page. Every saved review, from June and July 2026, describes its GrlPwr programme, a female-only training group led by coaches Erni Mat and Vanessa, which reviewers say improved their strength and confidence. A women-only class does not make the gym women-only, and no review describes general walk-in access, a day pass or a price. Ask the gym directly whether non-GrlPwr visitors can train there and what that costs.
