Flexpro Fitness is on the Kuching map, but no traveller has confirmed yet whether it sells a day pass to visitors, or what it costs.
An April 2026 reviewer says walk-in visits and registration can be done through an app called Katch, or in person at the counter from around 8am, though it is not clear whether a walk-in buys one visit or starts a membership. A September 2025 reviewer praises the female locker room, stocked with sanitary pads and several shower and toilet rooms, and notes there is only one power rack for squats. No saved review states a day-pass price. Ask whether Katch or a walk-in covers a single day.
