A reviewer from around September 2025 describes a crossfit section, plenty of machines and good ventilation, adding that the day price is decent for someone in Ipoh on a short break, though no amount or currency is given. A February 2026 review calls the branded machines hard to find elsewhere in Ipoh, and a June 2026 review says the gym stayed open past its stated 10pm holiday closing time. No reviewer confirms buying a single-visit pass; call ahead to confirm the day price.
