What we found
Max Fitness is on the Amman map, but no traveller has confirmed yet whether it sells a day pass to visitors, or what it costs.
The Toledo Hotel's fitness centre and pool are described on its website (live Sep 2026) as available for hotel guests only, with a women-only pool slot from 6am to noon, plus a sauna and free weights. A December 2025 reviewer says women are not let in unless they are paying guests, and a 2025 reviewer found men using the pool during that women-only slot. This is not a women-only venue. Confirm with the hotel whether non-guests can buy access at all.
