The website advertises 24-hour opening, seven days a week, but a reviewer from around October 2025 says staff refused to let them drop in and pay even though the gym was empty, contradicting the 24-hour claim. A reviewer from around September 2025 describes a monthly membership that includes a personalised routine from an assigned trainer. Other 2025 reviews mention occasional locker shortages.
