A March 2026 review describes machines and free weights covering all major muscle groups, calling it well suited to beginners, while a September 2025 reviewer says the gym has barely changed in five years, citing old equipment and a bad smell in the women's changing room. None of the saved evidence mentions a day pass, a week pass or a visitor rate. Ask at the gym what a single visit costs.
