Reviews from 2020 through around September 2025 describe a clean, never overcrowded gym with friendly staff and good coaching, with one reviewer wishing for more workout variety and a pool or sauna. None gives a price, a day rate or visitor terms, and no pricing was captured from the website. Ask at the desk what a single visit costs.
