GHgym is on the Cairo map, but no traveller has confirmed yet whether it sells a day pass to visitors, or what it costs.
A review from around September 2025 describes a well-equipped gym with a good balance of free weights, machines and calisthenics space, and friendly staff, while a July 2026 reviewer complains of overcrowding with three to four people per machine. A separate September 2025 review says floor coaches are often unhelpful. No saved review or website mentions a day pass, a week pass or a visitor rate. Ask at the gym whether a single visit can be purchased.
