Total Fitness is on the Quito map, but no traveller has confirmed yet whether it sells a day pass to visitors, or what it costs.
Total Fitness's website did not respond when the evidence was gathered. A September 2025 reviewer (three stars) says the owner is dismissive when men ask for workout guidance but attentive to women, which is worth knowing before a visit. A 2021 review notes the machines and dumbbells are in good condition. No saved review mentions a day pass, a week pass or a single-visit price.
