EC Fitness Club is on the Cartagena map, but no traveller has confirmed yet whether it sells a day pass to visitors, or what it costs.
A reviewer from around February 2026 says they could not find out prices, quieter times, classes or instructors, which is a warning about how hard information is to obtain here. Other reviewers, including one in August 2026 who was welcomed warmly, describe a well-equipped and well-maintained gym with friendly staff. There are only five reviews and no website. Expect to ask in person about rates.
