Central YMCA is on the Toronto map, but no traveller has confirmed yet whether it sells a day pass to visitors, or what it costs.
A January 2026 reviewer describes seeing other people walk in and work out without being stopped at the desk, which is not evidence of any advertised day pass. A June 2026 reviewer with an active Member Plus membership describes being escorted through the closed men's changing room to reach the pool during renovations. The website lists membership tiers, with no day-pass price captured. Confirm with Central YMCA whether non-members can pay for a single visit.
