The Recovery Zone's own site (Oct 2026) sells a $59 drop-in day pass that includes walk-in use of its fitness centre plus cold plunges, steam room and cedar sauna. Ages 16+; open daily (Sundays 10am-5pm); bring a towel (rental $3) and a swimsuit.
